When you choose to connect Gmail, Steward uses read-only access to look for new received messages that may contain household planning details—such as deliveries, receipts, reservations, bills, or dates.
- Steward cannot send, edit, label, archive, delete, or mark mail as read.
- Email findings stay private to the person who connected the account.
- Message bodies are encrypted and removed after processing or within 24 hours.
- You can disconnect Gmail and delete its derived findings at any time.
