For questions about the company, the product, press, or partnerships, write to contact@getsteward.io. This is the best address if you are not sure where a message belongs.
Steward is currently preparing for a limited release. If you would like to hear when it is more widely available, say so in your message and we will keep you posted.
2. Product support
If something in the app is not working, or you need help with an account, a household, or a connected service, write to contact@getsteward.io.
It helps to include the device you are using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
3. Privacy requests
For privacy questions, data access or deletion requests, or complaints, write to contact@getsteward.io with "Privacy" in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Our Privacy Policy explains what Steward handles, how long it is kept, and how to disconnect a source and remove what it produced.

Steward is operated by Steward Labs, Inc., the legal entity behind the Steward app, this website, and its connected services.
Our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Correspondence in English is preferred.
